Canadian Standards Association offers customized communication dashboards to governments and companies to help track, report, and manage their efforts and investments to reduce their GHG emissions and carbon footprint. Communication dashboards are quickly advancing to become powerful tools available for governments, companies, and the general public to understand where they stand in their efforts to reduce GHG emissions, providing ways to tabulate, graph, or map emissions data and trends and the investments and individual projects that are involved in efforts to reduce emissions.

New Brunswick

A dashboard has been developed and built for the provincial government of New Brunswick to help track and report the GHG reductions associated with projects funded through the New Brunswick Climate Action Fund, as well as other measures to reduce emissions as detailed in the New Brunswick Climate Change Action Plan. The New Brunswick dashboard includes the most recent annual and monthly emissions data for the province, the tracking of the nearly $40 million of funded climate change projects in the province, maps of large emitters in the province, and other interactive charts and graphs that help communicate to the province where it stands in its efforts to reduce climate change.
